Leading the National Communication Association's Collaboratory on Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Rao explores how AI chatbots enhance educational environments, developing community-driven approaches to AI integration for communication professionals.
Beyond academia, he supports small businesses through workshops at George Mason University, making AI accessible through sessions on automation and predictive analytics.
His scholarly contributions include co-editing "Chat(GPT): Navigating the Impact of Generative AI Technologies on Educational Theory and Practice" and publishing research on responsible AI integration in education.
